The inclusive breakfast is worth a shout out - it was home-made and cooked fresh each morning and really kept me going for the day. It was basically a full English with coffee. The location was pretty good, I was able to walk into Newcastle each morning, took about 25 minutes and there were a few different routes to choose from (depending on what time of day is was). Parking was free and convenient.

He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. His hospitality truly made a difference! It was very clean and tidy Bed linen was fresh Tea making facilities were available.. Breakfast was great and ready when you wanted it. Hot shower ..toiletries supplied .. The reception staff were brilliant too welcoming, well mannered and helpful. It's just over a mile from train station to hotel so literally just over 5 minutes from train to hotel ...you can walk it but we took a taxi it was £7.60 I will definitely be staying there again..
